This installation searches conflicts with my own character as male and how it interacts with societal views. The finding of masculine self and harmony is an unstable spectrum for me to grasp. I aim to find such narrative at its folds of randomness and process.
The project began with the male nude gestural drawings I did in Drawing class. In that setting, the vulnerability of masculine interested me. I selected and layered three drawings on Photoshop to make an unrecognizable forms. Then, I transferred it into acrylic sheet and scraped it out so that the light can come through.
